A Georgia Health Sciences University Lab Animal Services employee was found with 2 monkeys, drunk and partially nude in a Lab Animal Services Technician locker room.

The man, is identified as 32-year-old Coley Oneal Mitchell, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and turned him over to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office where he was booked into the county jail.

A spokesman for GHSU tells WJBF:

“No animals were harmed during the incident, but the university takes the allegations very seriously. GHSU does not condone behavior that conflicts with the research, education and clinical missions of the university and employees are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, with integrity and respect.”

Perhaps the monkeys weren’t harmed physically, but they have to be in  fragile mental state after seeing Mitchell blasted out of his mind and half nude. Thankfully for Mitchell none of the monkeys mistook his private parts for a monkey-favorite, the banana.
