KFC has again – literally – topped itself in the sandwich idiocracy department with the introduction of its latest napkin industry tie-in, the Cheese Top Burger.

That’s right: A burger — or, more accurately, a fried chicken sandwich — topped with Garlic Parmesan dressing and a cheese-coated bun, was recently unleashed on an unsuspecting Filipino public still licking its fingers from the Double Down it had three months ago.

Looks disgusting delicious.
