A man in Grovetown, Georgia reportedly was able to convince a teenager at a Walmart to let him suck on her big toe.
How did he do it? By claiming he was shooting a prank for America’s Funniest Home Videos.
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office reports the suspect - 43-year-old registered sex offender Joey Leaphart – approached an 18-year-old female, asking her about her painted toenails.
Leaphart asked her if could photo her foot as part of a “prank,” promising to cover her purchases up to $100 if she agreed, which she did, at which point Leaphart asked the victim if he could kiss her foot too.
Agreeing to the photo and the kissing, Leaphart took her behind a clothing rack, explaining that he didn’t want people to “think I’m crazy.” He grabbed the victim’s ankle and told her “don’t worry, I don’t bite.”
Once he stuck the girl’s toe in his mouth and started sucking on it she immediately began to scream, asking him to stop and leave. Leaphart remarked “oh, it tasted so good though,” then ran out of the store.
The scary thing is this isn’t Leaphart’s first go-around with incidents of this nature, see: a February incident – his most recent – at a South Carolina Walmart.
For this incident, Leaphart was only charged with misdemeanor simple battery. WTF?
